General Information

The works presented must be original. In the work submission platform, an abstract of the content of the work is required. The expert’s committee of the congress prioritizes the most interesting and diverse proposals.

Once the abstract has been sent, you will receive an email with the acknowledgment of receipt where the reference number for your work will be indicated. If you do not receive this email, please contact the Congress Secretariat:

The acceptance of work implies that its first or main author must register for the congress by April 26th, 2024. If your work is accepted, you will be informed of the schedule and the details of your presentation during the congress. Otherwise, the paper will be excluded from the official program.

Instructions for Work Submission

Only abstracts submitted through the official form available on the congress website will be accepted. Abstracts sent by email or other means, or after the deadline will not be accepted.
Create a personal account with your email address and password and fill in your personal data.


Use the text formatting by capitalizing the first letter of every word in the title. Do not include abbreviations. The title does not accept bold, underlined, or italics. The maximum size of the title is 20 words.

Types of presentation

Select the preferred type of presentation.

A) Presentation of experiences/cases

An 8-minute explanation of a user’s case, an experience in a center or a project carried out that may be of interest to the community. The congress organizers will provide the speaker with a practical and convenient format to explain the case concisely and clearly.

B) Presentation of a product/resource/solution

A 5-minute explanation of a free or paid product, an online resource, materials created, or any other solution. The conference organizers will provide the speaker with a practical and convenient format to explain the resource concisely and clearly.


The topics on which works may be submitted are:

  • Augmentative and alternative communication.
  • Augmentative and alternative communication.
  • Multisensory stimulation.
  • Educational environment.
  • Technology for everyday life.
  • Other (always related to the theme of the congress).

Authors and affiliations

Create the corresponding affiliations and then add the list of authors. The main author (presenter) should be the contact person and should appear first in the list of authors. Each author can upload as many papers as they wish as long as the subject matter of each is different.

Abstract Text

Write the abstract in Word format in Spanish, with a maximum of 120 words, using a standard font (Arial), and add the special symbols.

Copy and paste the text into the corresponding cell and check that all the special symbols appear correctly. At the top of the cell, you will find a virtual keyboard for the inclusion of special symbols. The cell for the text does not accept bold, underline, or italics. Do not leave any blank lines to separate paragraphs.
