Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), leisure, multisensory stimulation, autonomy and control of environments, will be some of the topics that will be discussed in the 2nd edition of Breaking Barriers Congress 2024. This congress, organized by the Romper Barreras Foundation, will feature the best experts in each area and the latest advances in support technology.
For three days, national and international experts will meet in Barcelona to show the best technological solutions and good practices for the application of this technology for inclusion and participation.
Participation is key, that’s why we count on you. From May 30 to June 1, 2024 we are waiting for you at the World Trade Center in Barcelona. An ideal space to learn about the latest solutions in assistive technology and network, where you will meet experts in the field and, if you wish, you can have a coffee with them.
At the Breaking Barriers Congress you will not be a spectator. You will be an active agent for change: we want you to participate, network and make contacts. This is a great time to meet other professionals, their projects, and come up with new ideas that improve the performance of your center, association, or your daily life always with users and families at the center.
Added to this meeting, it is all the knowledge and success obtained in the first edition of BBC Barcelona 2022, where 30 national and international speakers and the main exhibitors shared their knowledge and news with the more than 275 participants who attended the event, of which of which 98% would recommend the event to other people.
The Romper Barreras Foundation team is working hard to make this event a benchmark in Western Europe. With your participation, we are convinced that we will be able to develop, promote, enhance and facilitate the use of assistive technology and accessibility improvements to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities and their environment. Which is the common goal that we all have.
We are waiting for you in May 2024 in Barcelona.
